Oh, and the course practicum I was going to observe is canceled, so I"m still home. Got the call last night at 10 PM that it was canceled due to an ice storm. Bogus. Ice melts yano! Saved me getting up at 6 AM in the new time though.

It doesn't seem like you have much more to lose?

Absolutely don't panic. I've been eating 300-400 calories over maintenance for 9 weeks now and have gained 9 lbs. I still fit in my size 32s and use the same notch on my belt. My dead lift has gone up from 195-255 lbs for five reps and my bench has gone up from 185 to 235 for 8 reps. Think I gained much fat? I don't. You and I follow many of the same priciples at the gym. My opinion? Wait until you notice your pants not quite fitting the same before you start to worry. A few pounds are easy to lose, we have already made it through the initial loss which was the tough part.

Yes, by all means Do Not Panic! If you end up gaining a little too much (fat) you certainly know how to get rid of it!.

The goal is about a 3 pound gain over a month. Hypothetically, that should be 1 - 1 1/2 pounds of muscle with the weight lifting. - Madanjen - I am no longer losings. I'm on a 'bulk'. It's a bodybuilding term meaning over calories a but to support muscle gain. It's freaking me out though, lol. I think everyone knows how to lose weight. It's just a matter of calories and resolve. It's weight maintenance that's the spooky part. Thanks for the comments guys. Thanks Chad. Your comment and you PM were helpful. Last three days I've been within .4 pounds and that's as stable as I've ever seen. I'll hold on for the month. Time for a new avatar.

lol. Yeah. It got pretty close. I simply had to get into the bulk. I have to build some more before it will actually show properly. I was looking more from the side like a greyhound than anything else. The avatar is actually when I was in the mid 170s. About ten pounds above my lowest weight. There are before and after photos on here somewhere. Hoping to go from fat > lean 9(done) > visibly muscular.

Thanks so much Jess. I decided the last avatar might be a little racy for this site so I put my shirt back on.

What was that question? :D I think I'd better have one of these. The Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster is an alcoholic beverage invented by ex-President of the Universe Zaphod Beeblebrox, considered by the Guide to be the "Best Drink in Existence"[1]. Its effects are similar to having your brains smashed in by a slice of lemon wrapped round a large gold brick. CLIMB ON FELLOW HIKERS. GIVE ME YOUR FAVOURITE QUOTE. HAHA
