Yesterday was not a good day for keeping up with my fitness challenge. I did a few squats. That was it. Was on the Wii for maybe 15 minutes. I went off the full liquids. Ate protein but it was ham and swiss cheese. I don't know what I'm doing. Back to the same old routine. Doing well for a while then blowing it. :(

Today I didn't even get on the Wii to check in. My legs were swollen. Maybe today and yesterday were/are bad because of not getting enough sleep. Yesterday I slept for 4 1/2 hours before I got up. And I went to bed at 11pm last night but got up at 6 am. A lot less sleep than I've been getting these past 3 weeks.

I ate some more of the ham and swiss cheese. I think I'm going to hold off on going to food. I think I'll go really well on the full liquids for another week. That will give me time to do an inventory to see what kinds of easy prep things I have in the pantry and the freezer. And then go and get groceries for the rest. It will give DH time to rest this weekend without having to go to the store too. Another week of protein shakes, sf puddings and V-8 juice will give me the confidence I need.

One good thing I did today that I almost forgot about is...a friend came to visit and brought me a Frappe from McDonald's. I thanked her and told her that I liked then frozen. Which I do...and put it immediately in the freezer. It's still there untouched! Yay!

You're still doing great, and I wouldn't push yourself if your legs are swollen. I wouldn't say you blew it. Just be kind to yourself and take it easy.

I agree with mrsmole. Some days are just tougher than others. Focus on the great days and stay positive! =)
