Weigh in day. Yay! I lost 3 lbs. I'm happy with that. I wished for 5 but 3 is really good.

I felt really bad as soon as I got out of bed this afternoon. Slept well for a change over the past almost week. Didn't get up at 3 am and slept until 1:30. When I got up I felt like I should just crawl back in bed but I didn't. I didn't do anything with the Wii today except check in with it. I couldn't believe that my BMI went from 36.66 to 36.23. That was a big change. I don't understand that so much but I'll take it!:D

Challenge Day 6=75 squats, 35 sit ups, 15 crunches, 15 leg lifts, 25 second plank, 1 minute 5 second skaters, 1 minute 5 second jump rope, 1 minute 5 second skaters, 1 minute 5 second jumping jacks, 20 per side lateral raises, 40 scissors, 15 per side fire hydrants, 15 plie squat pulses, 15 wall push ups, 20 wall triangle push ups, 40 bicep curls with 3 lbs, 30 second punches, 15 per side wood choppers with 3 lbs, 20 per side ankle touches, 15 russian twist per side with 3 lbs and 20 per side ankle touches.

DH made baked chicken. He boiled it first so we had nice broth. A friend came over. He wanted dumpling. So I made dumplings. I went off my program and ate 3 very small ones. I don't feel bad about it. I won't feel bad about it until I gain weight tomorrow. BUT...if I don't weigh myself tomorrow I won't know. Right?? LOL Right??

That is the only thing I've eating today because of not feeling right. We'll see how it goes.

Hope tomorrow is a better day for feeling well.
