I haven't felt well since yesterday. I can't figure out what is wrong exactly. I was very, very tired. I couldn't stay awake last night when DH came home and woke me up. Slept on the couch for about 2 hours. Then gave up and went to bed. Slept until 2pm today. Still feel really tired. I think I'm going to go to bed early again. Hoping to feel better tomorrow.

Only had one protein shake today. A few servings of SF jello. It kind of made me feel funny too.

I tried to do a little on the Wii but felt dizzy so didn't push it. Will try again tomorrow. I need to get in better shape. I want to push but then stupid stuff like this happens. But I'm still holding 100% to my full liquids. It's going to work. It will help me. Now if I could just find my papers so I can advance to the next level. That would be great! But until then, I'll just do the full liquids.

We have about 9" of snow here. Most we've had in over 5 years. So nice to see the white stuff come down and stay for more than an afternoon. I know...All in the North think I'm crazy but I would LOVE to have a bunch of snow.

I'm thinking you could have the FLU. The flu take many forms, just hang in their. As for the SNOW, I love it too. Up here in Washington State (S.W.) we just finished up with a history making 1 foot of SNOW for Feb. 6 - 9. It was indeed BEAUTIFUL!! Get well soon. Oh, have yourself some chicken broth, that might help.

Make sure to get in all your protein...at least 65 grams a day, more if you're over 5'4". If you're not getting in your protein and you're low on carbs, that could be why you're tired.

You also might want to take B-12 sublingual supplements.

I found out why I wasn't feeling well. The soy milk I was using was expired! Didn't notice it until I had a shake on Friday and started to feel funny gain. Hope that takes care of the problem.
