I woke at 229.7, down 2.2 from yesterday, but that's not that important because yesterday's waking weight was an outlier. I went to the doctor for a pretty uncomfortable scope up inside my bladder, which was interesting to watch on the screen. Doing OK, but typical old guy stuff going on that I'll have to address. I grabbed Starbucks for everyone on my way home, so I'm enjoying a Venti Americano with some of that sugar- and calorie-free Salted Caramel syrup I got the other day. Happy Friday, and enjoy the long weekend (Americans)! UPDATE: Down to 228.9 before dinner. I seem to be stuck on that 228 number, but I'm frankly eating too many calories.
