***** Spoiler ALERT *****
The secret to Fatsecret for those who have succeeded with their goals and now are focusing on maintenance have NOTHING to do with the following: * Counting Calories * Macros * High Fat * Low Fat * Plant Based * Meat Based * Human being * FREAK * 1 meal a day * 6 meals a day * Workout - King/Queen * Couch potato
The "Secret" to those who have succeeded and are on maintenance is that they: * systemized their actions. * created and followed their road map. * changed their environment. * FOCUSED on their actions vs their immediate results.
These FS members had constant actions and made tiny adjustments along the way which formed habits that ultimately got them to their (I am hoping health goals vs scale weight goals.) They were not an overnight success. The showed up no matter what!

"Atomic Habits" - James Clear. Wow, Wow, Wow - Finished the audible within 1 week of commuting while also reading "Atomic Habits summary" [Vivid Read Summaries] via Kindle Unlimited subscription this week.
Shifting from Goal-Based habits: I will do X, Y Z to get to a certain weight
Over to Identity-based habits: * I am the type of person who does not let life get in my way of my journey to becoming the leaner, stronger, better me. I am tracking my all of the [plan my work, work my plan.] * I am mindful that if I have excessive adult beverages, I go straight for the worst foods and pay the consequences over the next few days/weeks. * I am the type of person who is in total control of my thoughts and actions and will not let the suggestions of others steer me away from the path that I set as I have personally witnessed how a good friend of mine's consistency of effort over time has positively impacted him and support me with al my faults and has full permission to call me out on my shit.
I got this. ONWARD!!!!

The great part about systemization is that it removes emotion from the equation. Of course, the plan needs to be sound but once in place, stick to it and tweak if long-term goals won't be met. (OODA Loop).
You got this Ches!!

Ches I totally agree with you. I have some friends from this website that have graduated and my past success from weight watchers from age 19-38. (Age 52 now)I am still working on getting a good road map and determination. I always liked your postive attitude and determination.
