Trying to be more aware of drinking my water. Made it the Fat Flush Water. See if it help me in any way.

Still thinking about what exercise to do. I feel a little like just jumping in and see where I can go. But am a little bit scared. DH thinks I should just start slow with the Wii Fit Plus. Part of me agrees with him. But I would like to have more results than what that can give. My mind is cluttered with what would be best. I would love to start with Jillian Michaels Ribbed in 30! BUT. I don't know...Still thinking about it.

Sticking to my full liquids. DH bought a chicken at Sam's Club last night and ate it some of it on the way home. It smelled so good. But I resisted. Under normal eating I would have been able to have some of it. I didn't want to eat anything but the soft foods so I had a protein shake and everything was great. I feel so good. I just wish I could concentrate on drinking more water.

If I'm going to look the way I want to look by June I have to figure out what I to for exercise. I will think about it more today. I would like to start it tomorrow.

Wii Fit Plus is crazy good exercise! BTW - just read comment from mrsmole. Not having any success sending invites from the "formal" challenge, but you are welcome to share your progress on my journal. I am weighing in every Sunday.
