It feels good to be back to tracking again today so the break did the job and I'm happy to be back at it and got all our healthy groceries yesterday. Increased my daily average calories to 1850 as an experiment. Anything lower than that will be fine, but it gives me just a bit more freedom and an online calorie calculator I tried agreed that I'd be able to reach my goal weight on the 2nd of July - so we'll see how it goes.
Last week I did 120 minutes of exercise - mostly YouTube with weights, but some cardio/dance style workout too. This week I'm aiming for 180 minutes. Started this morning with a 45min total body workout and then 15min walking workout so will do something similar on Wednesday and Friday too.
My weight has increased by about 3kgs from my last weigh-in, but I'll officially record my weight on Friday morning so I'm hoping it will be around 67.5kg again so I can possibly be back on track by the following week.
