So far everything is going very well. I have eaten only full liquids. I'm not quite up to the amount I should be eating. I'm working on increasing my water intake. My goal is to get in 100 ounces per day by the weekend. I made a mistake yesterday. I didn't take water out of my measured container. I just kept adding ice to my very large glass. So I have no idea how much water I drank. Trying to think about it today. I just really like a lot of ice. :)

I'm not having any withdrawal symptoms. I usually get a very bad headache and feel tired. I guess that's because I haven't had a lot of caffeine. Just too much sugar. My DH (John) went to the store and bought me some different flavors of pudding. I was so happy. Now I have chocolate, butterscotch, lemon and chocolate fudge. I have peach jello. I wasn't able to find it on the list. So I substituted. I have worked up to 2 protein shakes. I would like to be able to get in 3 a day.

I didn't sleep at all last night. This should be interesting later today. But I'll just keep busy.

I'm writing down all of my goals. Calories=1000 to 1300, Protein=90 to 120, Water=100 ounces, Take Vitamins. Get enough Rest. Weigh once a Week on Saturday, Measure once a Month on Saturday. The weigh in is a hard one. John hid the scale because he knows I'll weigh everyday. Record EVERYTHING=No matter Good or Bad. 1st Goal=-35lbs=164 by April 14. 2nd Goal=-50lbs by June 6.Ultimate Goal=-89 to 99lbs=110 or 100 by December 31.

I am looking at all of my exercise videos and DVDs to see what I would like to do for an exercise program. I have the Wii Fit Plus...I like the Yoga and a few other things on there. I had a routine all worked out with that. Also have a belly dance video, Cher Step video, Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010 game for the Wii, Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD and Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed and Shred DVD. I've never done the Jillian Michaels ones. I think I would like to try one of them. I'm going to check them out and see.

Please let me know if I might have done something I was not supposed to. I'm having a little trouble figuring everything out.

I am workign on increasing my water intake but I still drink about 16oz of coffee every morning. I've always taken it black so I didn't have to withdraw from sweeteners or creamers. My biggest success there was to give up colas and sweet tea. HUGE sugar, carb, and calorie reduction by giving that stuff up. Good luck on your journey !!!!!!

Thanks! That cola thing is hard to do. Pure success in my view. I am so glad I gave up the colas. Now they all taste like chemicals. So I have no interest in them. I love a little coffee with my creamer. :) But like Splenda instead of sugar for some reason. I stopped drinking coffee because my husband stopped buying the K-cups I like. And I guess I just didn't think about it. Still have the creamer in the fridge tho. So funny.

It's good that you are trying out different exercises so you can figure out which one is most effective for you and the one you are most comfortable with. Decrease in water intake definitely affected my weight loss a few weeks back. That's why I also make sure I make the minimum every day or more if I can. Good luck! =)
