I finally ate more than 1000 calories. Yehhh. Still burned off more than I ate:( What foods are high in calories, taste great and include protein?

Yay for you!! That's great! Foods tasting great, high protein, and high calorie? Off the top of ny head- ribeye steak, salmon, nuts and nut butters, quiche, chicken salad made with thigh meat, real mao and sour cream, with grapes, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Deviled eggs. Cheese cubes.( real cheese,full fat), protein smoothie with fruit and avocado. Fried chicken. Homemade macaroni and cheese( I use real butter and real cream) Well, you get the idea. Hope this helps!

Keep up the good work. I love that idea of chicken salad with grapes and nuts. I had that at a restaurant and now keep a few grapes in the freezer to make it. Have you ever used protein powder to make shakes? Your granola sounds good as well. Cheese is always a good choice. My hubby eats bacon and peanut butter sandwiches. It sounded horrible to me, but it's really surprisingly good and high protein.
