Happy Weekend Buddies!
It is freaking freezing in the NorthLand and dropping down to minus 20 degrees in the next couple days. It is getting ridiculous here!
Fortunately, my husband and I planned a trip to St. Augustine, Florida starting February 1 through 7th. If it is 70 degrees there, it will feel like summer for us! LOL.
So, the Idiot Box showed movement down - not much, but something. It is crazy because Friday I ate pasta; a rare treat - and seemed to consume less water yesterday so I probably allowed my muscles to release some of the water they hold following exercise so the weight was less on the scale.
I also am focusing my workouts a little more in the green heart rate zone because that is supposedly where we burn fat - although I need some orange zone (higher) as well to increase the calorie burn.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent
