You are clearly suffering (and even admitting it) from "I am bored so I want something sweet" kind of thing. Brace yourself and resist to boredom's attempt to make you fat! :)

Paint your toenails. Give yourself a facial. Whiten your teeth. Play your favorite cd and dance while singing into your hairbrush. heehee The moment will pass!

You can have sweet stuff you just have to make it healthy and eat it in moderation. There are plenty of healthy dessert recipes online. I hope this helps. Hang in there!

Oh Love......I know exactly what you are talking about!!! I think of things justvto go to the dollar store. They sell those Lindt balls for .34 cents each. They are a whooping 76 calories each!! But somehow I have convinced myself I NEED it!! Somedays......more than one....:( I have tracked it :(
It is like my mouth hurts until I have the chocolate. Hate it......I feel like a hypocrite.......I want to not have all this fat.... Best to you!

Ever tried Chocolate Flavoring drops by LorAnn Oils ? It's pretty good to pop some of that in with a fruit and protein smoothie. I have some with stevia and it works wonders just in a cup of water.

I like my some sweets too but instead of eating a whole candy bar I just eat a piece or two and save the rest. When I buy one it takes me about 5 days to eat a king size one and since I know I can have another piece tomorrow I don't binge. Don't know if this would help you.
