Wasted a lot of time getting my routine physical today. My cholesterol is good, both the good and bad! That's something. Why do I weigh less in the morning when I get up? Didn't eat much today but the day isn't over. Bought some more peanut butter. Time to hit the kitchen.

You know what I realized this morning??? Gravity sucks! My butt is gone. I used to have such a nice as_? Where did it go?

I think you weigh less in the AM because you're losing water weight through the night as you sweat.
