It's only 5:30 which means this journal could be completely inaccurate but I'm going to look on the hopeful side and say that I won't binge tonight. I've been good for this week with overeating late at night - last night was my only real slip and I know it's because I was drinking. Today I'm looking at a calorie total of 1581. Can't get myself to go to the gym again tonight, but I went this morning so the lift can wait until tomorrow. I'm way to tired from work. Weighing in and doing measurements on Monday - I don't think I've changed. I may have gained, but hopefully it's my body adjusting to the new challenges it's meeting. Hopefully everyone had a great Saturday.
