Down to 2!4.0 Tanita and 211.0 doctors scale. Ate a few more than 900 calories yesterday to get near the daily average I wanted. Lots of protein. Meeting a former coworker for lunch today but dont know where yet. Somewhere warm I hope! Bundle up out there!
