OK I just want to get to 172! Just reaching for 172 now! And 1" off my waist! Let's see if my blood sugar is any lower next time I check!

thanks Rocky! I'm not feeling it this week! 172 = 40 pound loss for me! But I just want 1 pound off right now! Weigh in tomorrow!
