Back down to my pre-holiday weight. What a fun little roller coaster that was! End result is that I enjoyed the holidays, indulged in the foods, and ended up exactly where I started. Turns out it takes a LOT of food over a LOT of time to pack on a pound of actual fat. I believe all of my gains were water fluctuations caused by massive carbohydrate consumption lol.
Well I wish I could stay and chat but I have a date with the gym at noon. I must be prompt, as the Browns are playing their final game at one and I cannot miss one moment.
