12-8-2013. Need to gain weight. Today I ate 1 egg over easy and 1 piece of toast w/margarine. 10 green olives. Half a baked potato with cheese and bacon bits. Then I had a small bowl of Granola w/raisins and almonds. 1/2 c 2% milk.
