this is effectively a mock spaghetti squash alfredo. also an example of what the shorter days do to my brain. I should have gone out and grabbed some parsley or basil from the garden and I completely spaced it. at least I didn't forget the pepper. it was already dark, I was hungry from swimming and I totally spaced it. next time!
