Ok, down from 218.0 to 216.0 after another fast day and 445 calorie workout. Hoping for a few more before tomorrow morning's official weigh in. Still, looking good. Will eat 600-800 calories per day this week. Maybe a few more over the weekend, and then that will set me up well for four days of Thanksgiving eating. By my calculations, I will be able to eat 2500-2600 per day from 11/26 to 11/30 and still end the month at a 1500 per day average.
