Well remember ...if it were that easy to drop the pounds every week...we wouldn't be in this mess of trying to get it off now! Lol!

oh god; it took 10 years to put it on; i'm not patient enough for it to take so long . . . . . i know i need to exercise but i wonder if garcinia cambogia or any of those lose weight things work?
