Not weighing in today - the scale gave me 4 different readings this morning so just too frustrating. I haven't been tracking calories anyway so will just start fresh on Monday and weigh in next Friday. Will take my monthly measurements on Monday morning though. Did a 40min leg workout on Wednesday and a 40min upper body one today so will probably do a total body one tomorrow - possibly an hour one. Will hopefully get a nice long walk in as well sometime in the coming week.
