I'm not sure what happened on the scale this morning but I was up 3 pounds from my last weigh in. Hopefully it will fall off in the next couple of days. This is the first time in 5 weeks that I showed a gain.

I decided long ago to only weigh once per week on Sunday mornings. Weight can fluctuate day-to-day, but the weekly weigh-in should show the overall trend.

I just cant help weighing everyday because I am so result diven. Maybe I should only weigh in on fat secret once a week instead. Thanks!

It happens as the body fluctuates. I am a daily weigher as well and it can get frustrating but as long as you know that it won't be that weight the next day or the next day after that, you are good.

You know what keeps us on track most of the time? Sharing the fact we messed up, and gained a pound or two. We've all done. No shame. Just further encourages us to stay on track.
