Ok, so still a stressful week, but the difference is that I tracked my calories and if all goes to plan I should end up with a daily average under 1800 calories so I'm hoping I can do that. Really glad to be closer to my goal weight again even if it's where I was stuck before for many weeks. Not sure if I'll get beyond it this time.
Managed 2 x 60min YouTube workouts. This weekend is cold and wet so I really don't know if I'll be able to get up from under the duvet on my couch to actually do a workout, but we shall see. Didn't workout last weekend either so ended up on only 95mins. Cleaning is on the schedule so hopefully that will burn some calories though.
Only did 16:8 IF twice this week so not being consistent with that, but it still helps to keep calories low whenever I do it so will keep trying.
