I knew I was over doing it before I was doing it & I didnt stop myself!!! If I cant rely on myself to do what I know is right & on top of that WHAT I WANNNT TO DO,,,,STOP!!! It will do no good to berate myself. It will only serve to harm the good I have done. Feel GOOD about what I did this week. Forget this relapse I had tonite. Continue NOW the good I wish to do. Make it my reality. It wasnt over night that I packed on this weight & it wont be over night that it comes off,but with continued efforts doing what is right it will happen quicker so use this as a learning experience. what did I learn? After I finish the proper portion of food on my plate(which is when my body is satisfied & I know this because I am aware of the signals it gives) then I need to remove either the remainder of food to the fridge, disposal, where ever...or as tonite (at friends) remove myself from the food area,people still eating & occupy my mind on other things so I no longer think about what I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO EAT! ok...I'm good now. It was just a swerve in the road. I'm in control again.

It's funny you used the word "relapse" - makes us sound like addicts, doesn't it? :) lol --- But just like the addicts say, you can't change the past (even this afternoon) - so you get up, dust off, and tomorrow's another day. And yes, it was just a swerve and your ARE in control ! :)
