Good swim last night. 836 strokes, 9.9 METs, heart rate in mid 130s. 11 swims in July so far. It felt good, which is what's really important. I also cleaned the pool and the filters so that's done until August. Wanted to make sure any ash particulates were removed as they can play with with the pH levels and it's a closed system.
Going to keep pressing forward. There's some stuff going on in the background I don't feel like sharing openly, but it's being addressed. I'm going to have to be extra careful for the next few weeks and log absolutely everything and make sure I keep moving. This pandemic is reaching out its tentacles in some very strange ways. Don't take anything or anyone for granted. It will all work out, but we're all facing our own challenges. In the meantime, chin up, treat your body well and press on.
