Didn't get much sleep last night, but managed to get through the day without nodding off. Didn't do wonderful on the diet, hit the snack machine a couple times more than I should have. DW spent the day with DD, so I was left to fend for myself. There was plenty to eat in the fridge, but I opted to stop at McDonalds on the way home instead. Could have done worse; got the southern style chicken sandwich which has nothing on it but a pickle. However, I did get the French fries in the combo meal. Bad boy. I don't usually get the fries, but I let the hungries get the best of me. Moved onto Stage 2 on the treadmill, running for 3 min @ 5mph and walking for 3 min @ 3 mph, repeat 5X. Following workout, cut up sweet potatoes and put them in the dehydrator for the doggie. Watching the A-Team movie and then going nite nite. Toodles!

You probably let yourself get too hungry, and are then tempted. Maybe you should have a stash of low cal snacks at work... Not stuff you REALLY like, otherwise you'd be dipping in all the time. Stuff that makes you chew... Carrotts, celery etc. the chewing may stave off the grab some quick food syndrome.
