Yes, blender ice cream. Frozen blueberries and cottage cheese, so it tastes like cheesecake.

A little stevia if you need it. That’s it. Blueberries don’t need extra sweet. Raspberries do.

Cottage cheese and blenders...some day I’ll share my disastrous ordeal with my cottage cheese smoothie. Turned me off cottage cheese for a couple years! 🤮 I’m afraid to try this. 🥴

You can use yogurt or chilled milk, I suppose. I use yogurt sometimes, depends on what I have around. Not a lot, just enough to make it taste creamy.

there are all sorts of variations. some use heavy cream, but it's mostly 1 cup of frozen blueberries and whatever else you want to make it creamy. I use one big spoonful of the cottage cheese and pulse on high, but not too much.I love it and I love peach, but those are harder to blend because they're bigger pieces. strawberry is also good.
