Well, dear, this one was easy! The fear can now build up for tomorrow's. 😁 But really, feeling so much better!

Thank you, HCB and CMC444! I'm really working to get the blue line again. Maybe next week! 😁 Then... Back to "goal" soon after I hope.

You are getting so close. Stepping up the logging of your weight seems to be working well for you. I have found that the closer we get to our goal weight the more important it becomes to spot trends early and make appropriate corrections... Nice drop!!!

najwa and br_e_co, thanks so much! John, I finally feel like I'm on track again. I really had to considered what was going on and take a long look at what you and others, who are really consistent and successful, are doing. Daily recording weight is something I had not done, and even my weekly recording was slipping because of feeling ashamed of my gains. Yes, this quarantine stuff and lots of stress makes for extra challenges, but feeling back in control feels so good! I've been up and down the same. 8 pound for a week, so a loss feels good.

Nice! Yeah, if I don't do it daily or at least every two days my focus isn't as good.

I think the problem is that the gains are always in red. They should be blue(down) and green(up) or something lol. Normal fluctuating should not be "danger red"! I think it brings shame and makes people less likely to log. No shame, you have your profile pic to show you're doing great. The people who check in less also seem to do worse and then eventually disappear until they are back months later after having gained all of it back. Not everyone, of course, just seems to happen to them more.

I agree with Diablo about the arrow color when we have normal flucuation. I think my arrow is red today even though I only went up .4 and I was still .2 under my goal 😐 I don't let it bother me though. I know in the past when I got tired of logging everyday & stopped I eventually started to gain. I think even if I stopped logging my food cause I felt comfortable I was eating OK I need to continue logging my weight.

@diablo - having just returned after a period of no logging and some regain, I can affirm that the two go together, usually, for me during a period of stress like health problems, depression, unemployment, etc So maintain compassion here we're all doing the best we can, right?!
