Thank you liv, it was good. Something about rice and veg and cream of something soup brings out the Minnesota in me. Hoping the kitchen is closed now. What are you deep frying? Chicken wings? Green beans?

I did chicken wings so now I am just doing veggies... sweet potatoes and kale. But some frozen green beans tomorrow (maybe last day for this deepfrying). Maybe I should make hummus with my soy beans... just have to think of a good dipper since tortilla is not it... I did make some out of fathead dough. I will do that again... I have a lot of eating projects but then I just end up opening up the fridge and quickly consuming it.
