Well, I guess I had a spike week! Between the Memorial Day weekend and the send-off luncheon for a leaving intern, I was a very bad boy. Oh well, damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead! Waited 4 days for DD's engine part to come in. Wrong part arrived. Found that they had the right part in stock all along, sitting on the shelf. Could have finished up completely on Monday; guess I'll get er done tomorrow.
Bought another bird feeder last night, but it was so heavy that it bent all my hangers dang near double. I have to stop and get a pipe that I can mount it on tonight. The rains just keep a coming. I got soaked trying to fill the feeders last night. Had a bit of a break in the rain this morning. These last few years have been feast or famine - drought or flooding. I have forgotten what temperate climate was.
Have a pretty tough Jillian workout scheduled for tonight. They are mostly running workouts with lots of inclines now. It just keeps getting intenser and intenser. They go to 45 minutes in about five more workouts. I've been inserting a brisk walking workout on in-between days because I can still feel the stiffness in my calves the next day. I know if I want to increase in strength and stamina, I have to give those babies a rest now and then.

I like that .. spike week. I think I have been on a couple of spike months. I found when I am busy outside, I can't concentrate on watching every little thing I eat. I am more into easy fix food cause I am so tired from all the yard work I have been doing. LOL! Okay... our spiking days have to stop. Let's begin again. ;)

No, not pregnant. There's enough of that going around, without me contributing. Just tired of obsessing about losing weight. I want to lose weight and have abs of steel, but it isn't my top priority - but it was beginning to become it. Some people need to lose weight or die; and I understand that completely. I just want to look better and live longer, but I'm not going to stop living in order to do it. I'm still monitoring all your shenanigans and dropping in occasionally, but I'm re-evaluating my priorities and chillin. Thanks.
