Last night we ate dinner at an Asian buffet. I ate at 103% of goal, met my protein goal but did not meet my activity goals. BF unchanged since Monday... Lift Day!!!

Thanks Jimmiepop, there were plenty of veggies to fill me up, lots of seafood and lean meats from which to choose. I did skip the cakes and pies but ate fruit for dessert...
