DO N OK's Journal, 04 February 2020

Still holding weight, Dr. gave me another pill , yeah just what I needed :-P. anyway it seems my eyes will clear up from the hemorrhages, if I keep the BP under control, last few days have been 145 over 60 and life goes on and I'm DO N OK !!!

I hope you get well soon. I don’t know if it was you I told this about or someone else, but please ask your doctor about eating beets. Beats are very very beneficial for people with high blood pressure. Especially beet juice.
