Still holding at 221#, I will not be taking water pill today and see what happens, it seems my body is back to normal now,4 weeks ago seemed I was heading for down for the count, need to focus on weight loss, back to 210, legs no longer telephone poles,and can actually fit into my clothes again, I might be taking back my duds to Goodwill,,Dr,, did not get back to me will call today, and I'm DO N OK !!!
