Woke at 233.2, down .2 from yesterday. Holy cow, recovery has been tough this time! Onward... UPDATE: Ate a late lunch at 3 pm to break the fast. Ate chicken breast strips on a salad. On a lark, I took my blood sugar and ketone readings about an hour after my first protein coffee today. The meter said I hadn't done that since August 2019! Interestingly, I got a great 65 for glucose, but only .01 millimolar for ketones. Weird. UPDATE: Tons of exercise today as I cleaned out and rearranged my home office and our family room. Just got done (after a break for dinner). I got to 231.6 today, so I'm starting to lose some water.
