My god Nikina a star the most dumbbells I do is five minutes a day. My main exercise is walking , I like the fresh air. Enjoy your coffee and natter with friends. I won't weigh in until New Year don't want to build false Hope's! Have a good weekend too.

So so jealous. I'm not allowed to lift over 5 pounds, and not consistently. Would love to rip some weights like you! Have to stick to those resistance bands and look enviously at your workouts. Way to go! :)

Binkytexas, I understand if you're missing the feel of weights, but I've heard good things about resistance bands and the 50 reps and 90 seconds at a time you're doing sounds like an excellent workout so just keep at it and your positivity will get you to your goal! Paul, I appreciate your continued support! I love walking too and I believe it's one of the best exercises out there so enjoy it! It's raining here today so I might go to a big shopping mall to see how many laps I can do of the entire place while window-shopping and taking in all the Christmas decorations. Don't know if I could resist weighing in until the new year - I step on the scale every day, first thing in the morning and last thing at night - might be a bit obsessive, but it's just a habit. All the best!

Hey I read a tip somewhere when you going shopping walk up and down every aisle even if there is nothing you want in that aisle.
