Holding when I got up, but based on activity to date, spaghetti squash with mushrooms followed by plain popcorn equates to a colon scrape. 🙀
In other news, waist is indeed smaller although weight is holding. Arms are bigger though, muscle under the fat. Will keep at it. My back has definition. Also had my best swim ever according to the watch. That’s cool. I need stuff like that to motivate.
