I saw Valerie on the food channel fry them with basil leaves...I wonder if I can fry chickpeas in an air fryer.

Coat lightly with olive oil s/p and bake till crispy. So good. Great nutrition but also have carbs. Portion control/moderation.

@Lugerlouie, I don't have an air fryer, but I've had them air fried. They were tasty. I just warmed these up in the microwave after I sprayed with olive oil, a few drops of balsamic and sprinkled with spices and S&P.
