Weighing tomorrow. weigh-ins over the weekend were not encouraging. On the other hand, I know what I have to do, as opposed to my coworker who had lap-band surgery last year, lost and regained 20 pounds, and is now trying the Keto Boost pill. She is hoping it works, but she is pretty sure it won't.
That conversation alone is motivating. Gym either tonight or tomorrow, with washing and waxing of kitchen floor on the other night.
On the funny side: got new slippers to wear around the house and ran out the door to work still wearing them! I have work boots if I have to go to the field, but so far I have not gone out.
