Still sitting up there this morning, but I swam and walked yesterday and reverted back to my normal eating. Halloween will be easy as I have mini tubs of Play-Doh to give out and I am no longer as likely to eat that as I may have been as a toddler.
I guess I log the number to make it a focus. I hate that.
