Kinda worried. My assistant is out sick again and I don't know exactly what is wrong with him but it can't be good. He has been in for 10 days only, since around the 15th of July. He sounds ok on the phone but he says the doctors won't let him come in to work. Keeping the log even though I am not eating 100% on track. My plan is to lose about 6 pounds this month to get into the 150's
Lifting tonight. Dance tomorrow and Friday. Lifting again Saturday. Dance Sunday again. I might charge up my Myzone monitor to get some calorie counts and keep my heart rate in the fat-burning zone. The fitbit is a goner I think.
