The quiche was homemade except for the crust. For this application you can’t make it any better than Marie Callender’s deep dish. Left over ham, broccoli, spinach, gruyere cheese and I caramelized some onions. Came out great.. I didn’t do a nutritional on it because I never make it the same way twice. All depends on what isn’t growing mold in the fridge.

To isn’t I made one with a bottom crust and one was crustless. Same filling. Just used PAM to prep a 6 inch ramekin . I had more batter than would fit in the crusted one..

Swiss cheese is a good choice—- there was only about 3 1/2 ounces of cheese in the whole thing.

I think that cheese of some type is just a given ingredient for a quiche. I have used part cottage cheese before, maybe cream cheese.? I think it may be one of those dishes that might have to take a pass on. TryGoogle and see what it comes up with.
