I saved half a dozen shrimp from dinner and added a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese (only 30 calories) and some pickled okra & peppers. My favorite kind of lunch.

I ate shrimp today for lunch because I saw your shrimp! Wanted to saute in bay seasoning & butter, but no bay seasoning on shelf. So warmed slightly & dipped in horseradish sauce. And munched on large, incredibly green romaine lettuce leaf. Very satisfying.

Claire, it's a multigrain flatbread cracker. I needed something to spread the cheese on. It's a soft cheese.
