I did something a little different and walked 30 min before my swim. Turned out nice because I didn't have so much time between getting up and the gym opening. It was nice and warm outside. Then did 45 min of swimming. Feeling a little blah this morning but hopefully after a little more caffeine, I will feel better. Yummy eggs, yummy diet mt dew. Time to get working and work hard.
