Oooooh. Fudgesicles were always my favorites! (Would adding collagen hydrolysate make this a "protein"? LOL!) Ingredients [https://food52.com/recipes/30333-fudgesicles] includes sugar, cornstarch and milk, but there are lots of low-carb version out there!
