Woke up jumped on the scale and it read 204.2 - I put on anti chafing cream in select areas, though on my workout clothes headed out and banged out a 1/2 marathon I created using onthegomap dot com. Got in, cooled off, showered and weighed in at 202.4.
I started this 1/2 marathon at the 35 hr mark of a fast: Last meal Thursday evening at 7 PM followed by a 6 mile walk.
Worked Friday, no food all day just water, coffee, tea and seltzer. Friday evening after returning from work, no dinner and another 6 mile walk.
Although I don’t count calories, my estimates of the two meals I had post 1/2 marathon was under 1500 calories and plan on having an est 1000 calorie dinner
If my feet allows, I will attempt another 1/2 half at the crack of dawn tomorrow, the reverse direction. This will equal 1 and 1/2 marathons, 38.2 miles, walked in under 60 hrs (it’s actually more because I didn’t calculate my normal walking for daily activities since 7 PM)
Fat, get off my body!!!!!
I lifted too on Wednesday morning and will swap to 3 lifts weekly as I want my body to look as good as I feel.
The weekend is off to a great start. I smell plantains frying in the background so bye bye for now.
