haven't logged in a few days.. it's hot here and i work for an a/c company so Ive been swamped. My son just moved out and Im dealing with that too. And my fkn keurig died so that put a rift in my life and I slept crooked so my neck is killing me. Ive done my best to stay on plan and the scale moved down so I just need to keep working at it so it sticks.

Breakfast today was avocado toast topped with smoked salmon. Feeling strong bc all me meals are packed and even dinner is ready at home so no slip ups bc my stomach is killing me today .. blah..

trying to stay hydrated and get my water in and dont lose my mind in this heat.

I looks good the only red flag or me is that chicory root. I think low carb producers add it so that they can falsely deduct some fiber from the total carb... Not sure if that was the case here but even so I would try it.

FullaBella, the bread itself is dense and tasteless.. so kinda like cardboard however when toasted, it passes as bread/toast and is an ok substitute when you just can't shake that craving. I made it last night like "garlic bread" in the oven and with mozzarella and same thing... its not greeeeaaaat but its ok and does the job. I put mine in the freezer for those special occasions when I just think I need bread (cause I dont). Last nights version went with a pizza style portabella and I used it to sop up sauce and that was very rewarding..

Thank you - I'd wondered because without the sugar I would imagine it tasteless. But like you, I don't need it yet can't deny every once in a while I'd like a grilled cheese or slice of toast. I've been surprised at how I've managed to stop the mindless habit of wanting crackers with a salad and am usually very content with bread-less sandwiches.

Did you buy it locally or order from Amazon? All of the reviews out there commented about it arriving molded.

I bought it at my local grocery store, used two pieces, took out 4 more and froze the rest.
