Again! I can usually eat under goal and work hard to meet my protein goals. The activity goals are pretty much unmet. But I hope that will change in the fall when it will be cool enough outside for me to walk.

Thanks Fritzy!!! What gets my day started well is to get my "30 Active Minutes" in as early as possible each day. I have more difficulty eating to gain than cutting fat...
