Yesterday I did not exercise, because my foot was still bothering me. I decided that I will take the weekend off and get back into it on Monday. It best when I am super extra clutz-y to bubble boy myself. Safety first! The amount of slips, nicks, and squishes yesterday were in the double digits. E really wanted to tell "be careful" but that is part of the forbidden words. He calmly asked me to sit on the couch and not move. Lol. He's a good guy. Yesterday's OMAD was my Friday iced coffee and 3 NY System dogs... Rhode Island heaven. I wanted more but I wanted, I wasn't hungry. Cals spent 2283 78 oz water plus 24 oz iced coffee
