Just signed up for my college reunion. Can I lose 10 pounds in a month? Plan: calorie count, 1000 per day. 10,000 steps per day burns 2000 calories in a day. Adds up to 30,000 calorie deficit which implies an 8.5 pound loss possible. Here goes. Mediterranean diet on board, lots of veggies with little fat. I have a meat share that is a lot of meat, but it freezes so will plan around that and the veggie share that I have sent to my house every other week. Started trying to get on the plan yesterday, gotta find my fitbit battery charger! Almost the weekend! Hope you are having a good day.
